Then you will alternate between the heat (dry sauna - 195 deg F) and cold (cold plunge - 39 deg F), utilizing the power of your breath to master the extremes of temperature.

Your class will be facilitated by Wim Hof Breathwork expert Danny Massa, who will provide you with the tools and confidence to start on your contrast journey. This is also a great opportunity to share an exciting group event with your friends or meet new like-minded wellness seekers.
