FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is IV Therapy safe?
IV Therapy is generally considered safe and effective. However, it can cause side effects. Please discuss concerns with your healthcare provider before receiving IV infusions.
We also conduct a telehealth assessment with our medical team for all first time patients
Who will be administering my IV Drip?
Our IV lounge is staffed by our licensed Registered Nurses who are compassionate, highly skilled, and experienced in IV therapy. Before your treatment begins, your nurse will discuss your reasons for visiting and guide you in selecting the best IV Drip to meet your needs.
What is the typical duration of an IV Drip Therapy session?
Our IV Drips typically take 30–90 minutes to administer, though infusion times may vary based on individual needs. Your first visit will include a telehealth assessment prior to your appointment, along with time for paperwork (which can be completed in advance), a nursing assessment, treatment preparation, and IV insertion and removal. For quicker treatments, our intramuscular (IM) shots take only a few seconds to administer.
Can I walk in for an IV session, or do I need to book an appointment?
We offer walk-in appointments, but it’s recommended to book in advance to guarantee availability.
How often should I receive IV Therapy?
Frequency depends on your health goals. For general wellness, once a month might be ideal, while athletes or those recovering from illness may require more frequent sessions.
Is there a minimum age for IV Therapy?
We do not administer IV Drips for anyone under 18 years of age.
